Lewis Liu, CPA, MBA, CFA (Passed 3 levels of test, Charter Pending)
Lewis Liu is a California Certified Public Accountant and he has been practicing accounting and tax for over 10 years. In addition to his Bachelor degree in engineering, He also earned two master degrees, Master of Science in Accountancy from San Jose State University and MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He also passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) test and will become a CFA once the required working hours are met. He worked for PriceWaterHouseCooper (PwC) and Vavrinek, Trine and Day& CO., LLP (VTD, now is Eide Bailly). and honed his skills in auditing and taxation. Over the past 10 years, he has served a wide range of organizations including public traded companies, governmental entities in San Francisco Bay Area. He also specializes in international tax law and currently serving many companies and individuals that are involved in that area.
Lewis also currently volunteers as a community CPA to be part of the audit committee for Pleasanton Unified School District.
Lewis is an energetic and passionate person. He believes the true value lies in bringing the latest in tax law to the clients and strategize on the change in order to minimize on tax impact and maximize rate of return.
Ellen Wu, CPA, MBA
Ellen Wu has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2008. She earned MBA from San Francisco State University. She has gained solid accounting and finance experience in multiple industries such as manufacturer, technology, and E-commerce. She used to serve in the capacify of controller for a mid-size American company in Silcon Valley.
She specializes in corporation accounting and finances and accounting system selection, setup, and migration. She aims to build up mutual trust and long-term relationships with the clients and always be supportive of her clients.
